Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
