Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet those needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services.

- 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
